Screen Printing
Screen Printing is the process where T-shirts and other garments are decorated with ink to create an image or graphic on a garment. The process is the most common method for decorating t-shirts and it allows for a permanent design. Screen printing begins with good quality art and ends with a perfect shirt that you will be pleased to wear.
The art for screen printing needs to be in a high-resolution format, preferably 300 dpi (or higher), or in an editable EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) format. Our team can convert your provided artwork if needed for a small fee.
After the artwork, we create a virtual proof for you using the color(s) of garment you have chosen. Once approved, an individual screen is made for each color in the design, and set up on the screen printing press in a fashion so the colors line up together. Then the full screen-printing process takes place.
